Title: “Η θεατρική ενδυματολογία στο ζωντανό θέαμα: σύγχρονες προσεγγίσεις”
The workshop presented new approaches and practices from the field of theatrical
costume design internationally, with the aim of highlighting the multiple dimensions of contemporary theatrical costume. Specifically, the following topics were developed:
-theatrical costume as a means of artistic expression and experimentation today
-the costume as a tool for new creative collaborations
-modern approaches to costume design as a field of creation and research
-theatrical costume and new materials
-latest developments in the field of costume design research (publications, exhibitions, networks)
The presentation based on examples from the artistic and research work of the lecturer and her collaborators from international collaborations from around the world. A discussion with the participants will follow.
