Eleni Palogou is a scenographer, architect, and performance maker based in Athens. She studied Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens and Scenography at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht (HKU), and is currently completing a Master’s in Applied Clinical Sociology and Art at the University of the Aegean.

She has designed sets for theatre productions in Greece and the Netherlands and collaborated with artists and groups on a variety of projects. She has exhibited her own works, installations, and performances at international exhibitions and festivals, and as a member of the Podium Atmospheres collective, curated the Dutch participation at the Prague Quadrennial 2023.

Her artistic practice focuses on the multiplicity of perception and the phenomenological dimensions of reality, while also exploring social issues with the aim of making them visible and fostering audience awareness. Her work draws on tools and methods from the diverse fields she has engaged with, combining the creation of spatial experiences with the depth and theoretical grounding of sociological research.

In 2014 – 2015, she attended the Laboratory of Scenography (LSA), where she developed a scenographic proposal for Boris Vian’s play The Empire Builders.
