Myrto Belopoulou studied Graphic Design, Acting, and Early Childhood Education, and is a certified adult educator. Since 1998, she has attended a wide range of seminars and courses covering various fields of art, including movement, dance, music, visual arts, theatre, puppetry, storytelling, scenography, theatre play, poetry, and philosophy. She has participated in theatre performances and film productions, while also undertaking the design and creation of sets and costumes for a variety of performances.
Since 2005, she has worked as a graphic designer, while for the past eight years she has been actively involved in facilitating creative groups for children and adults through theatre play, storytelling, and visual arts. In recent years, she has also worked as an early childhood educator in schools and as a pedagogue with Parea tou Dasous (The Forest Group), combining pedagogy with creative expression.

In 2006–2007, she attended the LSA laboratory of scenography, where she developed a proposal for Federico García Lorca’s Blood Wedding.

A selection of her creative journey and collaborations with artists and groups follows:
2007–2014 – Set and costume design for the dance-theatre performances of the Akropoditi company
2010 – Costume design for the concert Myth and Dream, organized by the Greek Composers’ Union at the Goethe Institute
2011 – Costume design for the dance performance Medea’s Choice, choreographed by Renato Zanella
2017 – Design and creation of costumes and scenic objects for the performance Ilikinia by Vasiliki Nomidou
